Fresh cut trees are the cornerstone of your Christmas decorations. Whether you're looking for a tiny tree or an enormous green monster we have the right one for you. From appearance to fragrance our selection will surely spread that Christmas cheer throughout the holiday season. Fraser Fir One of our most popular trees, the Fraser Fir has strong, uniform branches that can support heavy or large ornaments. Frasers are very beautiful trees with dark green needles and a silvery-blue hue on the underside that gives a bicolor appearance. Fraser fills your home with a great evergreen fragrance. Concolor Fir If you prefer a more natural look, the Concolor Fir may be right for you. This long-lasting carefree tree needs no water to retain its long, gray-blue needles. With a strong open-branch structure, Concolors really show off your large ornaments. Douglas Fir For a more old-fashioned or traditional look you may prefer the natural Douglas Fir. This tree has short, light green needles that hold smaller ornaments nicely. Douglas Firs have an open, airy appearance that works well with bows, ribbon and garland. Noble Fir Last but not least is my all-time favorite, the Noble Fir. Its strong layered branches give this tree a very elegant appearance. The 1" blue-green needles have a silver cast to them that adds a dramatic effect. The Noble Fir also is a long-lasting tree. Watering Your Fresh Cut Tree The most important thing to remember about a fresh cut tree is water. If your tree is turgid (full of water) it will be flame resistant. For added safety, when you select your spot at home make sure to keep the tree away from vents and drafts. Trees will drink up to one gallon of water the first day, and up to one quart every subsequent day. To make watering easier we have a new product this year. Ever-Green Seasons Watering System is disguised as a present, but it actually acts as a reservoir that channels water to the tree stand. And don't forget Tree Life tree nutrient to keep those needles nice and green. The Ultimate Tree-Buying Experience ... at Johnson's At Johnson's we help make the buying experience a little more festive with hot spiced cider and hot cocoa while you shop. And as always, our customer service can't be beat. Our Christmas tree "forest" allows you to view your tree from all sides. We always spray our trees with Wilt-Pruf to help with needle retention. When you have selected your tree, we make a fresh cut, put on your stand (if you bring or buy one), net and load it for you! Have a Merry Christmas this year.
