Johnson's Storewide Sale - January 6 & 7
Hello, again!
I remember the early days of Johnson's Storewide Sales. Originally, they were one day events, always on New Year’s Day, with markdowns in all departments. Store hours were 1-5, and the stores were packed. One that really stands out was January 1,1997. That was the year that the Kansas State Football team played in the Cotton Bowl on New Year’s Day in Dallas. Unfortunately, the Wildcats were not victorious that day, losing to the Cougars of BYU 19-15 in their come-from-behind fourth quarter win.
Anyway, the highlight of the sale is always the ferti-lome 5-Step Lawn Care Program. With a discount of 25% during the Storewide Sale this Saturday and Sunday, it’ll be at the lowest price of the season. We’d love to have you stop in the store and get signed up, but you can also order the program online right now for the same discount. (I'd encourage you to stop by though - everything in the store will be on sale!)
