Order Roasted Green Chile

Every August we bring in fresh Hatch, New Mexico Green Chile. Then we fire roast them to perfection over an open flame right here at Johnson's Garden Centers. Use your Chile Peppers right away, or freeze them to enjoy over time. Chiles are available in bushels (approx. 20 lbs.) and half bushels (approx. 10 lbs.) Smaller "starter size" packages and freeze-dried chiles are available in store only. Pre-ordering online reserves your chile (and your favorite heat level!) We'll contact you when it's here and ready to pick up.
