Order Roasted Green Chile

Every August we bring in fresh Hatch, New Mexico Green Chile. Then we fire roast them to perfection over an open flame right here at Johnson's Garden Centers. Use your Chile Peppers right away, or freeze them to enjoy over time. Chiles are available in bushels (approx. 20 lbs.) and half bushels (approx. 10 lbs.) Smaller "starter size" packages are available in store only.
