Nutsedge, or nutgrass, is particularly difficult to control. Pulling it simply encourages more growth, and it takes a selective (or targeted) weed killer to control it. In the fight against nutsedge, you need ferti-lome Weed-Out Nutsedge Control. Weed-Out Nutsedge Control kills both yellow and purple nutsedge, and over 50 other broadleaf weeds in warm and cool season lawns and select ornamental plants. 32 oz. ready to use spray bottle.
